He provides key support to the firm’s corporate and intellectual property practice, assisting local and international clients with trademark prosecution, intellectual property portfolio management, corporate registrations, regulatory filings, due diligence, and compliance matters.
Over the years, Isaac has developed extensive experience in coordinating intellectual property portfolios, managing regulatory processes, and liaising with the Trademarks, Patents and Designs Registry, the Corporate Affairs Commission, and other relevant government agencies to facilitate the efficient protection and administration of clients’ intellectual property rights and corporate interests. His practical knowledge of Nigeria’s regulatory landscape enables him to contribute effectively to the delivery of timely, commercially focused, and client-oriented solutions.
In addition to his intellectual property and corporate regulatory work, Isaac has considerable experience in private investigations, including corporate investigations, background verification, asset and address tracing, due diligence, fraud-related inquiries, and fact-finding assignments.
